Long time costumer of Pizza Hut but I am sorry to be bringer of bad news. Even though I have asked for extra Pizza sauce it turned out to be very dry, pepperoni slices too thin. Bought two small containers of sauce and applied them to my slices still was not satisfying. Overall taste was close to old times but not to my satisfaction. I had to pay not only for the sauces but also for the crushed pepper that was free before.

The customer service is fair but needs improvement. Ordered extra cheese for two pizzas and I was offered to get the both remade. Inconvenienced on a very hot day. Manager gave three options to rectify my issue. I chose to eat over the credit/refund options. Fingers are crossed for a good slice of pizza – just the way I ordered it.

I keep going to this place because it’s near my house. Sometimes the pizza tastes really weird. I don’t really know how to describe it but it’s very off putting. Sometimes the dough is still partially raw. They get my order wrong probably 1/5 times so please make sure your pizza is right before you take off. Management is cool about trying to make things right after these things (which is why I gave more than 1 star) but it just consistently happens.

I just recently decided to order Pizza Hut over Domino’s and that’s the best decision I could’ve ever made. Domino’s is canceled.The customer service over the phone is amazing the guy who took my order was great! The pizza was hot and the cinnamon sticks was hot as well thank you! terrible takeout experience. ordered online and chose “extra sauce” option. when i got home, saw that the pizza had barely any sauce at all. basically just bread, cheese and toppings. i called to see if i could get a replacement, and they said they were out of the pan pizza dough, which was what i ordered. so i could not even get a replacement. i then tried to see if i could get some kind of refund and then was put on hold. after about 10 minutes on hold, i just hung up. i love pizza hut pizza, but will not go to this location again. ended up tossing the pizza in the trash.

I ordered a large 3 topping pizza and there were hardly any toppings. Some slices only had 1 pepperoni, 1 or 2 small slices of mushrooms and 2 sliced olive pieces. We had to pick off other pieces to cover the slice we ate leaving only cheese on the rest. It was very disappointing. The taste was still good but it really needed a reasonable amount of toppings for what was paid. I only ordered a pizza and an order of Cinnabon minis AND picked it up and paid $30. Too much for so little. Guess I should have checked the pizza before I left with it. Lesson learned
