I got a call that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my pizza so they would refund my order. But they had me wait for 35 minutes for said pizza that was supposed to be delivered. Why didn’t they call right away when i placed the order to make it, and if they didn’t have the ingredients. Couldn’t they switch it with any other ingredients or make it into a plain cheese and ask if that was fine with me. This isn’t the only time they messed up my order. They’re also racist, they had a bad attitude about handing over the pizza last time.

They recently moved from the retail space adjacent to them! The Hut has a fresh feel and look! The taste is still consistent! Their Pan Pizzas are always my go-to orders! Their classic marinara sauce is what attracts me to order pizzas from this place!

This location had a management change within the past couple years and it has really turned around. In the past, orders were consistently incorrect, delayed, or items were missing. I wrote to PH corporate consistently; we typically ordered on Father’s Day and my dad’s birthday since that’s what he always did when he was alive. That tradition was ruined for us, so for years we stayed away. When we came back to it last year, things were noticeably better from the start. Thanks for bringing up the standard!

We ordered the new Detroit style pizza. It was pretty good and tasted almost exact. Dough was fluffy, toppings are all the way to the edges ends are a little crusty (good). There was a lot of sauce but very tasty non acidic, subtly sweet with a hint of oregano which is how it’s served in Detroit. The crust was cooked but for Detroit style it needs to be a little more well done. Plentiful toppings and fresh mushroom and fresh onions! These are new special pans as of the debut of this style pizza in February 2021 and will get well seasoned over time making the pizza perfectly brown and crusty with a nice chew.

Store hours state open until 10pm, called and placed an order at 945pm, store called back at 953pm and a woman stated she had closed the kitchen and canceled my order. Open until 10 means open until 10, not closed at 945pm, can’t believe how customer service is really lacking in hospitality these days. Will never go back to any establishment that treats customers like this.
