I was there in Plainview in 2018 on a business trip. I ate lunch a couple of times at this Taco Bell and I have never had better at any other location. Their tacos are actually filled all the way. The Chalupas were good as well. To this day, this is the best Taco Bell I have been to.

We come to Taco Bell regularly and always have problems with missing food or shady service. The last visit on 6/14/21 we got several items. The food was extremely small portioned. We paid for tomatoes and didn’t get any on 2 tacos. Called to tell them. The manager Rage put us down on the book and said we had 4 days to claim. Well when we tried to claim them 3 days later we were told we were not on the book. They told us they couldn’t do anything about it anymore. I guess from now on if we do go back I will sit in the drive thru and open every item to make sure the order is correct. We are tired of paying our hard earned money and not getting good service or food. Just cuz we come late don’t mean we aren’t entitled to a good meal.

I think it all depends on the Employees sometimes they do a Great job & other times they just throw everything in your bag and the hell with it BUT The Managers Should be on top of everything That’s their job for the Customers to be happy with their service and especially their food. Nobody wants to eat gunky food Put in plainview it’s hard to find a good restaurant to eat at because most of the time it’s horrible the way This Employees Prepare your food or Service with a good Attitude and I don’t care who gets angry because the truth is got to be told

Took awhile for my order to be made . But when it came it was fresh . Then cook notified me it was only him and 2 other workers working . Props for the man I didn’t catch his name but he was kind apologized for the wait which he shouldn’t of had to do . The manager should have a full crew running not just 3 people. And it was pretty steady for it to have only been 3 people working. Like I said way to go cook and the 2 workers u had working with u .
