This is the LAST time my family and I order from Pizza Hut. They constantly serve us pizzas that are stale and old or dough that is not up to par. I have called customer service, complained. Had employees credit my account. Only to mess up the next order. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas for dinner and one of the pizzas has a crust that was “pieced together”. The slices couldnt even be picked up because it was falling apart. There was a HOLE in the center of one of the slices of pizza! This lousy pizza was a joke. We wont be back. Save your money. Try Jets Pizza, MOD Pizza, Centercourt Pizza, or even Little Caesers..LOL! Its better than this trash!

We ordered two orders on Saturday night around 11. We didn’t receive our pizza until 1:45:am. Which we only received after I begged the shift leader to please deliver it because we were starving but they expressed door dash lost our order and the systems were shut down already. It took me getting very upset and explaining that the system shouldn’t have anything to do with cooking a pizza in an oven then for the manager to finally say okay fine and hung up on me. When it finally arrived it wasn’t what we ordered. It was cold and after everything my husband wouldn’t even eat it.

Finding a pizza hut that is consistent is hard to find so I will update again but I got a few boxes last night from this location and it was so nice and cheesy and tasted amazing !!Order was ready on time (on a Saturday night) and front desk people were very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back to try them again even though it’s a bit of a drive since the other two local pizza hut’s aren’t consistent.

Firing on all cylinders today, this store was! I’ve used many Pizza Huts from Florida to Texas and without a doubt, this Store has earned my “Impressed” vote! All aspects were spot on. Food temperature, taste, volume, all great. Fries I wanted to try were left behind so I called, spoke w/ Kathy, (mgr) and the fries were “dropped” before the driver made it back to the store, which made the timing perfect! He brought the fresh fries right back to my home as I was still eating the rest of the order already here! That’s the way to keep a restaurant popular! Thank goodness they are My Store!

Every time I go my pizza is hot and made with love ❤️ I had an issue with my wings and the manager that was there didn’t argue just took them back and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me my money back it’s always a pleasant visit when I’m on that side of town

Will definitely not order here again. Placed order for delivery and cheese had slid off the pizza, there was no seasoning on my breadsticks, no sauce on my wings, and they didn’t deliver any drinks. Tried calling to have this corrected and they couldn’t find my order, so I had to email my receipt. Then they responded to the email saying they found the order, but offered no solutions or even at the least an apology. Tried responding to the email and calling but no one answers at the store and no one will respond to emails either. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery.
