Last night I went to pick up a pizza we ordered online and there was one employee cranking out pizzas and taking care of customers at the same time. She was tired but she kept a good attitude. Give that girl a raise. We have never had a bad experience or a bad pizza here. We love Casey’s pizza!!!

Horrible stop for the bathroom. Took my 5 yr old in to go to the bathroom and another customer walked out of the stall let us know there was no toilet paper and pointed out that there was paper towels to use though. So we went about our business and used those. And not to mention there’s where paper towels everywhere on the floor. This was around 8:50 pm, so they probably have had a busy day of traffic but I would still expect better from a Casey’s.

Uses door dash and they lose your food. Luckily they called us and we waited a long time. Casey’s didn’t care. Told the manager he is getting a bad review and he said okay.Well here it is. Go get your pizza there, don’t use delivery. Either way, we will not going there ever again.

This is an amazing Super Casey’s. Like no other. I luv da fast service& I’m hooked a pastries & pizza. 8 cool charging station. Where else can you get breakfast/ lunch/ or fast food dinner or snacks ALL in 10 minutes? Many pumps. This place gets real busy. Staff handles it well!

Very rude and not understanding. I went in to pay for my gas and all I had was dollar coins and some change. I showed to the lady. And we very rudely told me she didn’t have room in her drawer and told me to go to the other cashier and I apologized and explained this is all I have and I need gas to go to work. And she rudely didn’t say anything but she took my money. I was going to back in and get something else but I felt that it would of been another bother to them. This is the worst I’ve been treated here.

I’m so jealous! Of course my home town is way smaller than urbana, but our casey’s here in town way 2 smaller compared to the caseys in urbana! There was like 4 checkout lines. A cooler for drinks that seemed like a mile long! Great place!
