If this is not the worst Arby’s it’s got to be second. No sauce containers, took 5 mins for some one to turn around and take our order, ketchup was out, no napkins in any of the holders, food left on tables. And no one seems to give a care!

Every experience here is a disaster. Ordering online they are never even remotely close to the schedule pickup time so you just stand around waiting in the lobby. Barry seldom are you acknowledged in a timely manner by any of the employees.

My curly fries were broken all up and harder than bricks roast beef not the best. The young man at the window was great. Even though it looked like the manager was complaining to him. By far the worst arbys I’ve ever been too. Staff was rude as hell, they wouldn’t cancel my order or give me a substitution when sold out of the item I wanted. Told me I had to cancel by calling customer service, and them proceeded to give me the wrong number!

Very busy the day we stopped by. When I went inside to order there was no one in line, and no one took the time to acknowledge that i was there, let alone take my order. it took several minutes before anyone bothered to come to the counter, there were several folks behind it just no one stepping up to take an order. All the drive up vehicles seemed to be thier only focus…… once my order was taken things went pretty well till it came to the fries and that was a real bottle neck. They were only dropping single baskets and using them up very quickly then they’d fill & drop another one (there were other baskets available to be used, they just weren’t using them).
