I’ve been coming to this Duncan’s for seven-plus years this past Monday I came in and ordered the same thing that I have ordered for seven-plus years. My total every morning is 844 as of the last couple months with the prices went up. On Tuesday when I came through and order the exact same thing I was told it was 9:20 I questioned the cashier. He told me it was because of what I got in my drink but it’s the same thing that I’ve had every time I order it. After asking him if he would explain to me why the price difference he rolled his eyes at me and walked away from the window. When he came back to the window a third time I asked him to get me someone else to help me. I do understand it being really early in the morning but I really thought that that was poor customer service. When I came back this morning and ordered my drink it went back to what was the normal price. I just thought that on top of the poor customer service at that was odd I hope this experience is not had by anybody else.
