Pizza was so raw you could see your fingerprint when pressing down. Manager gaslighted me by saying that raw pizza is acceptable and I should have asked for well-done. I was offered, and accepted, a refund – but had wanted a replacement sent to us and the raw pizza picked up. Now I’m going with plan B for dinner.

Ok, so typically PJ’S is my kids go to for basic pizza. Never really an issue. However, this time we got the thin crispy parm crust pizza. Kids ate it, but yuk. Tasted like a keto inspired pizza. And what is the white sauce near the end of each slice? I mean, look closely at the pic. First bite is this nasty gooey white cream that you don’t expect and isn’t even on the description. The saving grace was the BBQ Chicken/bacon pizza and breadsticks we also got. Just really disappointed with this visit. BUT, the service is always great. Never an issue there. But this pizza was an absolute waste.

Ordered online and got all the updates until the order left their store. It arrived 50 minutes after the last update, lukewarm and barely edible. The Alfredo sauce had already started to separate and was very oily. I live 10 minutes from the store so I was surprised that it took so long. I discovered that the Doordash driver made other deliveries after picking up my food.
