Nice location (Medina, Ohio). Inside was clean and appealing. I was excited to try the new $20 fill up box, so ordered that. It took about 25 minutes to get my order, but understandable because they were a bit busy. Drove back home (18 miles) and went to dig in and noticed there were zero biscuits in my box, yet the honey and butter packets I asked for were there lol. The fries were rock hard so didn’t eat those. The chicken and nuggets were delicious, and freshly made, but it would have been nice to be able to eat sides with the meal we paid for. Fries and nugget portions were skimpy. I don’t feel like I got half of what I paid for. Disappointed and still hungry. (7/17/23 around 6:30pm)

Ordered online for delivery. The order was correct and arrived on time. My issue was with how everything was thrown in the bag. The four piece combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, and the mac and cheese was laying upside down. No honey for the biscuit. Spicy chicken sandwich with nuggets and fries. The fries were dumped in the bag, not a single one in its container. The drinks were completely watered-down, all the ice had melted.

Got KFC during my lunch break today and ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal, got back to park and eat my lunch with a few minutes remaining and KFC didn’t give me any utensils for the mashed potatoes. Food was hot and good otherwise.
