I ordered the Kentucky Bourbon steak sandwich, size small, and it was really tasty with a great bourbon flavor. All the ingredients tasted fresh and it was hot and delicious. I recommend it.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak combo, and ended up somewhat disappointed. They claim to be “the world’s best Philly cheese steak”, which is certainly over exaggerated. The cheese steak is good, but far from mouth watering good. I had better cheese steak in other restaurants, such as Red Robin’s, IHOP and Denny’s. The regular frys is excellent though. The lemonade has too much sugar/sweetener inside, which is not very healthy. The last problem is the price – $12.85 for a small combo is way too expensive, considering what you get. They gave you some buy one get one free coupon right after the meal, which only enhanced my impression about the exorbitant price.

We shared the large Philly Cheesesteak sandwich which is about 12 inch and it was tasty and satisfying. This is part of the food court. The food was prepared quickly and there are a few tables right in front where you can sit and enjoy your meal.

This place is so inconsistent all the time. No more giving it another chance. They gave me a dry bread that did not have the topping I asked for. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time with them. Horrible customer service.

This place has vegetarian option of cheese steak. It’s located in food court of Westfield Southcenter mall. The service is pretty quick and staff are courteous as well. They do provide ketchup packets with the steaks. The food are cooked in live counter which can be seen by customers.
