So we stopped by this cafe today for the first time and we’re so glad that we did! The decor of the cafe is really eclectic and fits the beautiful old building perfectly. The service was great, kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and we can’t wait to try more items from the menu. I had the egg avocado croissant, and my husband tried the sausage burrito special. We also tried the potato croquettes and raspberry crumb cake. Everything was wonderful and we’re hoping to go back this weekend! I’m excited to have found a wonderful local cafe that we can make our new “go to” spot. We highly recommend trying this place!

My friend said if they do away with the barista/host/waiter, she’s never going back! Lol he was so friendly and inviting. My first visit here. Only qualms were that my pancakes were missing the berry compote (easy mistake that didn’t affect the quality of the food) and there aren’t many hot tea options if you’re not into coffee. They have plenty of canned drinks and even homemade iced tea and lemonade to make up for it though. Overall, I can’t get this place out of my head and have been CRAVING to go back!!! A plethora of parking and indoor/outdoor seating options. The building was built in the 1700s as a metal forge and I’m glad to see that they are keeping this place alive and working with the decor. The other stores in the building, e.g. a salon, discount variety store, a GYM, and the post office, have all covered up the inside of this place. You’d think it was a modern building from the inside. The cafe has kept the old walls visible and has mismatched farm style furniture to keep history alive. They even have a poster/plaque inside describing the building’s history.

All of the food was amazing. We really enjoyed the eggs Benedict! The croissant was so delicious. Please, for your own sake, buy all of the baked goods. My personal favorite was the raspberry crumb but I didn’t try everything yet. Whatever you choose, you will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of dining with my sister-in-law at the Lake House in Andover, and I will say the experience was amazing. The atmosphere is very quaint and quiet, and the company of Terry was very enjoyable. We had the privilege of eating fried mini chocolate donuts. I highly recommend these they were served with homemade vanilla ice cream and whip cream. This place will be one that we frequent often and enjoy every second of it.

I got to meet the owner I believe when we stopped in here today. He was so friendly andwelcoming, we wanted to be his friend! The chai tea and coffee are some of the best I’ve ever had. The lunch and pastry also amazing.

If I could rate this place a 10/10 stars I would. My family and I took my brother here for his birthday and when I tell you they make you feel like home, I mean it. They treated us like family and gave us the best service ever! Terry was outstanding and the main cook (I forgot her name but she will not be unrecognized) was such a sweetheart. You can tell that the food was made with love and every bite of it was DELICIOUS. I ordered the veggie panini and added grilled chicken with a side pasta salad and it hit the spot! They also sang to my brother and brought out this delicious almond cookie with a candle! I am recommending this place to everyone and I will now be one of their new regulars!!

First time here, got the ham gruyère apple grilled cheese and my fiancé got the classic on a wrap. Delicious sandwiches. The side of the day was a pasta salad and the sandwiches came with a small salad on the side as well. Some of the greens looked a little wilted on my plate so I didn’t eat mine. Nice little quaint spot with a bunch of other options on the menu. I saw they have a bakery counter with coffee options as well. Their bakery case looked a little bare but it was also end of their week (Sunday) and they’re closed Mondays, so maybe that’s why? I think next time I go back I’ll try one of the breakfast items!
