1 star is generous. I have given this location too many chances. Being in the food industry I usually show lots of grace. But the service here is so horrible. They have lost my order several times, I’ve waited 25 minutes for 1 drink, I’ve driven over more than once because I couldn’t wait any longer and they didn’t have “time” to refund. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The location on Texoma is GREAT!

I will never use this sonic again. Ordered $22 worth of food. The person that brought it out to me was extremely rude. Never said a single word to me. No thank you, no total that I owed, NOT A WORD. I even told them to keep the change and they just snatched my money out of my hand and walked off. Then, when I got to work, apparently the lid wasn’t on my drink and I ended up with strawberry shake all over me and the hotel lobby. The only thing good was that my order was correct and the food was decent.

we waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes and no answer, we then pulled to the window and they were all standing around and saw us waiting and no one came to help us. even the managers wouldn’t help us, we said something and they were being rude. i got a pretzel with cheese sauce and i didn’t get my cheese, we ended up waiting for them to help us for 15 minutes then another 5 for them to get my cheese sauce.

We checked in an app order at 9:01 pm. It is now 9:32 pm and we just got our drinks. We kept pushing the button and not a single person would answer. People who pulled in after us and got food were served theirs before us. Yet 5 minutes after we arrived at 9:01 they checked our drinks off and never brought them. So we had to go through the drive thru. And they finally gave us our drinks, but they weren’t remade. Maybe don’t check stuff off until you are taking it to the person. Ridiculous.

Safe and clean late night, service is pretty good. Coffee at night is gross old. I expected the chili at night to be burnt and old but it was actually pretty consistent as far as the quality the chain normally offers. Cherry lime aid is way too sweet for my tastes.

This place has turned into a joke! 25 min waiting to place an order. 10 min later food comes out wrong and then instead of fixing it try and blame me? I asked to speak to a manager and after another 10 min no one comes out. All I see are car hops on their cell phones ignoring customers. You can definitely miss me with this place going forward.
