I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about. My friend and I had the swordfish and Louisiana Boil and they were amazing. Best seafood I’ve had in a long time, the waitress was very nice and attentive. The menu is a little small and a bit expensive but it was top notch in the flavor deparment.

Had the Grilled Pacific Cod, good portion and cooked to perfection, grilled zucchini side and sweet potato fries were very tasty. It was very good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Overall great experience.

I went to this restaurant last night to find a lack or customer service, food that wasn’t worth the price and barely even a greet at the door. I came in wanting a good steak and seafood and ended up ordering a meal i knew they couldnt mess up. Sadly it tasted and looked like it came out of bag. This restaurant felt to me that they spent more money and effort on the appearence rather then the meals and product they deliver. My overall rating was quality and customer service because I felt they lack that. It too me was a mix between american,seafood & Asian with a fast food appeal.

Salt seafood had a nice atmosphere clean and comfortable when walking in. I first was sceptical wondering why on a Thursday night there was no one, not one customer in the restaurant or bar. But it looked nice so I thought maybe it was a slow night. We ordered tuna poke, fried calamarie and big dinner with crab, clams, mussels and shrimp. The seafood was not fresh. Border line bad. Some of the worst seafood I have had in a long while. Equivalent to a cheap seafood buffet for $9.99, but much more expensive. Maybe we came in at a bad time, we won’t be going back anytime soon.

They must have changed ownership, menus, or something, because this was seriously some of the best food I’ve had around here. The orange dressing on the salad was amazing, the clam chowder was delicious, and my steak and my wife’s salmon were incredible.

Had dinner here. Let’s just say the menu description was better then the food. Jumbo shrimp, weren’t! And they offer kalestaw as one of the choices of a side. Thought I’d try it. Dry, raw kale , with thin slices of carrots. The oysters were so over cooked and over battered. So disappointed. Was hoping to get a good sea food restaurant in Grants Pass.
