I placed an order for pickup. When arrived at 2218 my order had been taken by a complete stranger. Then I had to find the numer for Door Dash. All Doordash did was to issue me a refund that takes 3-5 business days. So now when I proceed to place my same order again Juicy Crab is closed for the night. The online hours say they close at midnight, but they decided to close an hour early. So now I’m out $36 and I have no food. This was not a good experience for my first time.

I used to love juicy crab but I ordered yesterday through doordash. It tasted like oil & old seasoning. I don’t know what’s wrong with juicy crab food now but it’s not hitting like before 2020. I’ve tried other locations in the past year and it wasn’t as good either but this location absolutely the worst taste. Cooks need to be re trained

At this point, I wish I could leave no stars . Update it is now February 4. I did get my order remade on the 3rd, but the order is still spoiled. I have brought back the food in question ( untouched) , and all I was told is that I have to wait for the owner to get there. Hopefully he calls other than that I didn’t get a meal I wanted to enjoy and I’m out of the money $160 plus tip and I picked it up . My recommendation think long and hard before you spend your money here. No one can do anything for you.

ordered shrimp and crab legs , I was told it’s .50 cents for each cocktail sauce ( MIND YOU NONE IN THE BAG WITH SHRIMP) and lemons . when you go to any other juicy crab it’s free because that’s what you eat shrimp with! , then was told I’ll have to order it on the website . I went online it say no longer taking any more orders, so they refuse to give me any sauce! even after I offered to pay cash smh!

I dont know why Juicy crab sauce went from Butter to oil but they must have changed their sauce sometime early this year. I literally went to 4 different locations of juicy crab and now every single one oil is so over seasoned and oily. Now im on this review page looking for another seafood place to eat that’s near the downtown area.

2nd time ordering with them. First time was amazing so I went back! Today’s order was made INCORRECTLY. You can tell this had no seasoning whatsoever I clearly asked for the JUICY SPECIAL, so be cautious when ordering it’s giving hit or miss. Staff was probably rushing, so quality won’t be the same everytime you go. When I got home I had to add my own seasonings for it to be edible & not a waste of money.
