Great food, i got the rib platter it came with fried plantains and fried sweet potato for $15 enough for two but had to wait an hour for it. Had to update the review because they’ve improved a lot The food is still amazing one of the best places to get Haitian food they never disappoint and the service is faster

The food was so delicious!!! This is my second trip there already, they are very professional, the wait time was very short and the best part is, they care about the customer feedback. They actually gave us each a simple of their food to taste each time we went there, would highly recommend this place to anyone.

If you are reading this review to determine if you should come eat at Paul’s then stop reading and start driving. This is the most flavorful Haitian food I have ever had. Everything here is incredibly well made and fresh. It is family owned and operated, which is why every customer is treated with love like family. We order catering from here all the time and it is a huge favorite! Everyone is always asking to order from here again because the food is always consistently delicious and perfectly cooked. They add new menu items as well so there is always new things to try. Some of the top favorites are the fried chicken, the rice and beans, the macaroni and cheese, and if you like to spice up your food their pikliz is the best I have ever had. These flavors are truly unique and I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Stopped by late last night to pick up some good food. Paul’s is very convenient because it’s open very late and best of all, the location… they remain in the same location everyday, unlike a lot of food trucks out here. One day they’re there, next day… gone.

Exceptional Haitian Cuisine Cooked To Perfection ! I had the pleasure of ordering the fried chicken with fried plantain . The meat is so well seasoned you can taste the marinade that the meat soaked in. The prices are a bit high but it’s definitely worth it ! Great staff creole and English speakers so anyone can come and enjoy a plate from the food truck . I definitely would recommend if you looking for a gourmet meal late night this is definitely the food truck to come to 10/10 would recommend

Paul’s is has the best fried chicken in town! The best pikliz too especially if you like it REAL HOT! I’ve ordered over 100 meals from this food truck! Don’t walk, RUN!!! They give sweet potatos and their homemade lemonade is great. Customer service is great as well . I waited about 10-15 for fried wings!
