Have only gone there once, it was the only Papa Murphy’s open other then Lake Stevens, we came in late, and I was worried about maybe getting someone that had a long day and was upset about us coming last minute, but that wasn’t the case the young gentleman was very nice and polite while my wild 4yr old was loud and trying to run around while we waited for our pizzas. He was very calm and pleasant, very happy with the service and food. Will go back and next time I’ll take pictures, I had a minion to corral.

I usually love the Pizzas I get here. Unfortunately today we order they didn’t even remember to put the sausage on our special. When my husband mentioned it to the young man at the counter he checked the ticket, said, “Oh, your right.” Then proceeded to grab a small handful and threw them on. Disappointed.

This was literally the best experience of my life. I went in at 8:30 (I’m sorry) because the green really got to me and I needed an XL New York style cheese pizza. The girl who rung me up was so nice and wasn’t even mean to me about coming in so late. She also had really nice eyebrows. Anyway, I went to sit in my car so I wasn’t just staring at her making pizza and she BROUGHT MY PIZZAS OUT. I didn’t get her name but she’s so nice

I just ordered custom pizzas online. They were custom due to a food allergy. I picked up my pizzas, but noticed in the car they made them wrong. When I went back in, there were 3 people in line and they kindly allowed me to go to the front. The worker tried to tell me it wasn’t her fault and she wouldn’t remake them. I had to pull up my receipt from the online order and show her were it outlined the custom needs. She then proceeded to make all the people in the store’s orders and an online order before mine and gave me several dirty looks while I sat and waited. When I asked about it the worker just told me they were busy and gave me another dirty look. It took 26 minutes to correct thier mistake. I’ve never been treated this poorly at this store. I’ve been ordering there, same custom order a few times a month for years. Deeply unimpressed.

Used to love this store when it first opened, but over the past few years it has gone steadily downhill. The last time in was the last straw for me. Called the order in, picked up three pizzas, all in a stack. At home putting them in the oven, thought one looked out of place, but my wife ordered one of the various veggie pizzas and I’m not that familiar with all those. After cooking, found out they had given us a different pizza than I ordered. Can’t return a pizza, right? So into the garbage it went and I called the store. They knew they got it wrong but only offered me $5 off my next order. That’s not right, so I asked to speak with the manager. Guy said he’d take my name and number and I would be contacted. That was weeks ago. No calls. Apparently the owner of this franchise doesn’t care. The employees don’t care or aren’t empowered to offer meaningful customer service. I will not be back. Another one bites the dust!!

When I walked in there was someone that had a angry look on his face which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and he said what do you want, after I ordered there was a female working with him and when she messed up he told her to go do dishes in the back like a female should while whispering it thinking I wouldn’t hear this happened tonight and I am truly disgusted that someone like that is working there. I will not be coming back if he is working.

Staff lacked communication regarding how long the wait would be for a pizza. Placed an order shortly after 5:00 pm and waited until almost 6:00 pm to pick it up. At roughly 5:30 pm the staff was asked if the order was almost ready and they said yes. Fast forward another 30 minutes and we were able to pick up the pizza.
