Ordered a beach club for lunch and had it delivered to my job. Easiest sandwich on their menu. When I got it, it had one thick chunk of cheese on it with a small piece of deli meat that I couldn’t even tell what it was. It was pretty much inedible and it was not what I ordered or wanted!! This was my third time ordering from here with food that wasn’t good so I decided to give the store I got my sandwich from a call to let them know this is not okay. The Jimmy John’s employee answered the phone by saying, “Hello”. She was extremely short with me and rude. I’ll never order from here ever again!!

I had the best customer service here that I have ever experienced! Micheal was the cashier, and I will never forget how awesome he was. In addition, whoever was making the food was obviously an expert, because I had my food in hand before I could even put my credit card away. To top it all all off, the food was delicious. Typically this is an okay go-to for a quick sandwich. After today, I will not be ordering from here again. Made an online order, received my sandwich – it was so soggy you couldn’t eat it and the delivery person was very rude! She thought I forgot her tip and made a snide comment when I gave her the signed credit card receipt. She didn’t know I was going to hand her cash for tip.. Also, sandwich had 1 piece of turkey and a small 1 strip of bacon.

I wouldn’t even leave a 1 star review if I had a choice! But was down for Mardi Gras and guy behind the counter says how you doing when I walk in I say good. Well my husband text me that he finally arrived so I step out to see if he want’s something to eat and the guy behind the counter yells at me again, and says “bathroom for paying customers only” I wasn’t in there to use the bathroom in the first place! So loose your attitude! I dang sure won’t be a paying customer now! Jimmy Johns should really hire better and respectful employees!!!

I’ve never been to a slow Jimmy John’s before, but here it is. Very bad customer service, the cashier didn’t speak a word to me and just looked very annoyed that I came there to buy a sandwich. I know working low wage jobs like this isn’t great, but just saying hello would be nice. I at least got my sandwhich, so I’ll give it 2 stars for that. The restaurant was at least clean as well.
