Just became my top1 hidden gem restaurant in dtla, atmosphere, service and food are impeccable. Must order escargots, scallop risotto and rib eye steak! The cheese platter is pretty amazing too. We always bring our own wine and the corkage is very reasonable $25/bottle.

Great wine, cute Place. Amazing service but the dishes that day lacked the punch of flavor one would anticipate, falling somewhat flat on the palate. We certainly look forward to our next visit with hopes that the kitchen will return to its previous excellence.

Wonderful experience! It’s nice to find another hidden gem in town. Felt like a locals place in the best sort of way and being that I am one as well I felt extra comfortable. It’s especially a great date spot but I would go on any occasion honestly.

Excellent dining experience for a table of 2. On the menu this evening was a Frisée salad, Escargot, Beef Bourgeon, and Crème Brûlée for desert. Pasta was al dente, meats were prepared nice and soft with no complaints for the whole experience.

It was pretty late and we did not make a reservation but they were kind to take us in. The steak and fish were really fresh and good. Nice ambience and excellent service. We were really delighted by the whole dining experience at L’APPART.

The waiter is arrogant! I ordered medium well filet and I double checked with him. However, he made mistake and gave as a medium rare filet. Even though I can accept it, I still feel uncomfortable about it. What’s more, I asked for water many times and he was busy to talk with chef instead of offer me a basic service…….I don’t think I will come here again.
