Very overpriced for the portions they gave you for the price I paid . I got four proteins, and I look like I only got two. The gentleman was very rube. He tossed the receipt my way instead of handing it to me to sign same thing with my debit card instead of hanging it in my hand, he didn’t wash his hands or have an hand net on same with the other female cashier . The food barely had any sauce, very plain and dull. You get more rice than anything the vegetables and fruits weren’t fresh. Sadly I won’t be coming back. The fish was warm not cold and a little slimy.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff were very kind, and the food was delicious! Poke is my new favorite food now. I guarantee your kids will love it and you will want to go there again. Every bite is flavorful, and the eel sauce was perfect.

Worst customer service and unprofessional. Never returning. I went there for the first time ever and ordered my food and she ended up charging me $4 over the menu price for menu items without my knowledge or approval. Worst part, she unapologetically told me , you should look better, it’s on the menu (in very small letter) , and you can leave now. I paid and left my food on the counter without touching it and went to Lemon Shark Poke instead.

I’m giving this location a 3 because there are much better poke options in the area. I also received a bowl that had rotten pineapple that forced me to throw away. Unfortunately I had gotten all the way home and when I called they did offer to remake it but I asked for a refund instead. The owner approved it so at least they have good customer service. In my Poki Poki Vista review I mentioned Encinitas has the best location as far as customer service and quality of ingredients.

I’m so sad I found a hair in my bowl! we went back inside to inform them and they offered another free bowl but refused to provide a refund. At this point I had already lost my appetite & wasn’t comfortable eating anything else from their kitchen.

Actually really enjoyed this Poki place. Priced well and good options for ingredients. Under $10 bucks with out avocado $1 more with. Everything tasted fresh. Plenty of parking. Not too hidden or difficult to find. service was nice and friendly. Definitely coming back. Will be my choice in this area. Happy i found this place.
