Great food, good atmosphere, and well worth the visit. But, and this is a big butt, the waiter mixed up my to go order, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. when I returned to pick up the correct item, they made me pay the difference. Sad when the service leaves you with a sour taste but the food is good. If not for the bad taste, I would happily go back and recommend this place to others. But as it stands…

Passing through and found this place to be very inviting. We sat down and was quickly greeted with warm chips and salsa. They have a vast menu but the lunch menu was what I was looking for. Plenty of choices and very reasonable prices. The staff was kind and helpful. The food came out hot and ready. This is a quaint local restaurant that was a joy to stop and eat at. Would eat here again.

I’ve traveled a bit, and been to my share of Mexican restaurants. This place is by far the best food I’ve had in a very long time. This is going to be our family’s favorite.

Food is always great. However, the service is slow and leaves you feeling like you have to beg for everything

Food was great but be very wary of the step going in and out of the facility because if you’re carrying food you won’t see the broken concrete

El Patron delivers on everything I value in a dining experience: Good food, good service, good value, portion sizes, ambience & location. Been many times and never been disappointed. If you like spicy, ask for their house hot sauce; hot enough to warm your belly, but it won’t burn your face off. Go at lunchtime (11-3) for their reduced-price lunch menu.

Service was lacking. She was too busy with her friends at one table and pretty much ignored us, her only other table. Not a very attentive waitress.

This is the first time visiting El Patron, and it was a good experience. The service was good, there were not very many people there because of the time of day it was. The food was good, you won’t be disappointed.
