We were at the KFC @ 11:45am, in Little Falls, Minn. The place was very clean,including the bathrooms. The young man who waited on us was friendly, patient and knew his stuff! Our order only took 5 minutes! We were impressed.

Got home with my order and one of the gravy containers had opened up and the gravy was everywhere. This is not the first time this has happened. I may have to start bringing a box to put everything in. The food is not as good as it used to be. No taste to potatoes, very little taste to gravy and the chicken I think was made without the 11 herbs and spices. I actually can now say that my KFC knockoffs are alot better. I will not be going back to this one in little falls.

We arrived at a little after 9 pm to find the front door locked. Apparently, the dining room closes at 8 pm. No mention of this in their hours on Google. So we were going to go through the drive-thru. Nope! They had cones blocking the entrance to the drive-thru. Mind you, all of the lights are on in and outside of the business like they should be open, but they’re not. There is no note on the doors or anything explaining why the drive-thru is closed either. The hours on the door say that they are open until 10 pm. Apparently not?

Dining room wasn’t open. Prices on the kfc Little Falls site were cheaper than on the drive up menu. By quite a bit! Not worth the high prices to me. I think the high prices will be the demise of a lot of places, unfortunately!

I went here a few weeks ago and went through the drive-through. The person taking my order seemed a bit rushed and angry, but no biggie. I drove to the window, and he quickly grabbed my card to pay. 10/10 wait time, but a little rude. The food tasted good (especially those blessed biscuits).
