I ordered online tonight(August 8th 23)Was the best experience I’ve had at this location or any other location near me in a very long time. I didn’t get the woman’s name but she was nice and the food tasted great it wasn’t dry or anything. My burgers were exactly as I asked and it wasn’t a super long wait. Usually it is at this location but not this time. I’m happy thank you.

Been there couple of weeks ago late afternoon, the manager was on point with all the orders, probably the freshest chicken and burger sandwiches and hot fried ever had at BK. Yeah, had to wait, but was totally worth the money. She was great at coordination. If I ever go back to working at BK, I’d like her to be my supervisor! Too bad I didn’t catch her name. 😀

Waited over 20 minutes inside patiently. The server started to bag my food and saw my fish wasn’t there. Said I had to wait and dropped my fish in the fryer. I politely told them I was running late and had to go. Please do better.

Hit or miss down to who is working. Sometimes the food is properly prepared but the wait times are over 20 minutes, then sometimes there is a person at drive thru that will repeat the order back and still get it wrong. Gave the person $10.51 to cover$9.51 never got my $1 change. I said is there a $1 change ?, she said I didnt give you $2 back, I said no, then she says your order was $7.34. Then she hands me $3 back. I was only car in drive thru, took them 20 min to make junior whop and double cheese. Fries were soggy with byrn crusty stuff on them, chicken fingers old tasting as if they sat around for an hour. Got home the food was wrapped poorly and bunch of weird grease on bottom and top of buns, the double cheese tasted horrible, which is when I trew it in the garbage after 2 bites. WTH is going on with the owner of this franchise? You can’t hire incompetent people to run your store, if I was the owner I would shut the store down and fire everyone even good workers for allowing this type of behavior to go on. One time. Another time the lady returned my card covered in greese Im guessing the gloves were touching food, register abd money with same gloves? WILL NEVER RETURN HERE, Bad for business cause I live near and its their loss.

As soon as I walked in I should have turned around. The floors in the lobby we’re very sticky. There was somebody in front of us and it appeared that they were more concerned about the drive-thru, so the wait was roughly 5 to 10 minutes. We finally got to order our food. The Coca-Cola freestyle was out of everything, so we had to ask the person behind the counter to get our pop. We sat down and waited. During our wait someone came in and the people behind the counter came to chit chat with the person there were hugs given and the person returned to make our food without changing their gloves or washing their hands. With that we ask for our money back and left to go to a different restaurant.

Have nothing good to say about this place. The staff inside will not take any notice of anyone inside, while the drive thru will take over 15 minutes to get through. Whoever runs that place. That line of work ain’t for you chief.

Denise your manager gave my order away without checking any proof of order from whoever took my food.i went in there showed my order number and receipt for her to tell me I’m a scammer!!! She then in front of my child said don’t try that here you just had someone come in here grab your food accusing me of trying to steal from them over a $15 order!!! She was so disrespectful it was unbelievable when shes the one who made the mistake. I am calling cooperate and will never go back to this location again. Horrible employees I can’t believe she made it to management she is an absolute mess and an embarrassment to the company. Do something about this bk!!!

This was the 2nd time in 3 days I attempted to pick up an order from a Burger King restaurant. I have never seen a slower drive through than Burger King. This was the last time I attempt to pick up from any of your locations.
