Impressive service, atmosphere and food. I ordered over the phone and it was ready when I got there. The impressive thing was they knew it was my order without even asking. I could understand if I was the only one who ordered over the phone but there were other orders! Much thanks to the owners and employee who assisted me that day. I believe her name is April. The cheese steak was delicious and the cheese fries made me miss living in Philly. Please go and check them out.

I went here randomly and ordered a cheesteak one day.. The sandwich wasn’t actually bad . But that customer service was a little lacking, to say the least. The young man at the counter had a hoodie and stocking cap on. He wasn’t very friendly. I felt like I was doing a drug deal. I also wanted a slice of pizza that I couldn’t get because they don’t take cash purchases under 10 dollars, lol. I might go back one day because the sandwich, like I said, wasn’t bad but don’t expect any good customer service.

Ordered online (first timer). I ordered FETTUCCINE with the meatballs & sauce on the side yet I got SPAGHETTI. Was tested 25 min after 7 my order was ready. I got there 15 min after that. 2 females at the front seemed very disinterested. Adv who I was, asked if the order was put through slice life, yes it was. She said it wasnt ready yet. I adv it said it was ready 15 min prior, she tells me sometimes its not accurate. OK, no problem. I wait about 2 min and then the same girl tells the other girl that she should go and get my order. Sure enough, its ready and bagged. Not sure why the 1st woman told me it wasnt ready when it was ready. Employees just seemed like they were hanging out, not working. I will probably give it a second try as this is the only spot in the area that actually reads my special instruction comments and the food tasted good, just need to update their ordering if they no longer serve fettuccine and improve their staff.

Been ordering here the last month just about everyday sometimes twice a day n I tip well we’ll today I ordered for the second time 2day and got fish hoagie that smelled like it was going bad mozz sticks that were good n fries that were good the problem mainly today I ordered a mushroom CHEESE steak well like 2 mushrooms n no cheese this is how they do loyal customers today was my last time ordering from here n I will make sire no one in my house ever orders from here again!!!!! Having worked a few hours of overtime this day, I wanted something slightly different for dinner. So I called home to see what all everyone wanted. Pizza was the general consensus and I was thinking pizza… BUT BIGGER! And that is when I said “Italian Kitchen”! This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. From the disrespectful 15 year old that answered the phone and was snappy with me for complaining that it had been almost 2 hours and we still didn’t have our food. To the soggy salad and the stone cold fries, never again. I understand stand $68 is a lot of money but when we talking on 4 ordering lunch that should be important enough. We ordered the taco pizza and everything was stuck to the top of the box, like even the lettuce. Our 2 raps we cold and the French fries were old at this point. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken salad, this used to be my favorite, until I received it today and it was completely wilted lettuce hot and chicken cold. Talk about not matching properly. The owner of the business refused to speak with me over the phone. The manager said the best he could do was $40 credit on my phone number for the next order. I let him know that I will never order again, so cash please. Needless to say, I as this office’s manager gave the clients all the money to split which leaves me with nothing but a soggy salad. I will never order from here again. Colonial Kitchen will for ever be my favorite spot . I guess this is what I get for trying a new lunch spot and location.
