Pizza looked horrible and was barely cut. Although I ordered a pickup 20mins before closing…this was a horrible outcome. Very little to no sauce as well. I included a photo of what it looked like after opening the box and the 2nd photo is after attempting to cut the pizza on my own. Smh First and last time visiting this location. DISGUSTING!!!

The worst place ever to order a pizza I ordered an extra large with pineapple and cheese and they messed up my order and gave me pepperoni! When I called to tell them they messed up, they said they would bring out the correct one in 30 minutes! They never even brought it out and they did not even make it! When I called again I got hung up on 5 times from all the different staff that was working! Very rude, no one ever apologized, not professional at all! We have now been waiting 2.5 hours and no pizza and they already got the money. My kids are so hungry!

We ordered two pizzas and chicken poppers, roughly $40 after a 20% tip, when our order got delivered there were no chicken poppers. Fine, no big deal, we’ll call to get a refund on the missing item. Hah, goodluck… we were on hold for at least 10 minutes, hung up and tried again and someone answered pretty quickly this time but when we said part of our was missing she put us on hold again. 2 seconds later I get an email with 50% off my next order. I hang up and call again and somebody else answers, we explain that our order is missing an item and he says he will transfer us to the store manager, on hold again… somebody else answers and I explain that I don’t want to be put on hold again and to just refund me for the part of our order that is missing. They insist that I have to be transferred to customer services in order to receive my refund. Clearly nobody cares about customer service at this location, cool, I won’t spend another dollar of my money at this location. Save yourself the frustration and just email corporate, you might get a refund eventually, or you might not. Personally I’d avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered a cheese pizza and cheese sticks. They gave us a burnt cheese pizza and a cheese pizza. I called them and said their wait line is 1.5 hours. Don’t understand why I would have to wait for pizza that they messed up. Just had my money returned and their pizza is going in the trash. This location was the best and now it’s the worst.
