It was my first time coming here today June 30 around 3:20 PM. I immediately, noticed the positive attitude of the cashier. As soon as I walked in she greeted me. She answered my questions in regards to the flavor of the wings very positive nice professional experience. The wings are good. Food was not good. My wings were pink in the middle, they didn’t seem fully cooked. I also only got 9 wings for the 10 wing combo I ordered. I normally wouldn’t care about this but at almost $2 a wing I think I deserve to have all 10. I had to add my own sauce because it didn’t have any. Also paid for combos and didn’t receive all the drinks. The fries are terrible as well, they seemed soggy like they had been sitting there for a few hours. Don’t eat here!

I wish l could give this place no stars l accidentally ordered food from them on uber eats l immediately canceled my order and Uber eats told me that Wing Factory still charged me for my food because Wing Factory said they were making my food when l immediately canceled the the order and if they wont a cancelation fee for a order that was made by mistake fine but why take my whole $38.76 Uber Eats tells me there’s nothing they can do it about don’t eat at Wing Factory their scandalous and l hope the owner sees my review because Wing Factory looking pretty bad smdh

Though I’m usually a BWW guy, I had to try this place, since it was listed as one of the top rated wing places around me. The food isn’t bad. I got the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings. But, it isn’t as flavored as I’d hoped they’d be. And I prefer crispier wings and not burnt. And they are a little dry. The quantity of wings you get, isn’t bad for the price. They smell great and taste ok. The people aren’t crapholes either, which is always good in my book. There are some shady characters/customers though, but that could be at any place really.
