Ordered food at around 9:30pm on a Saturday by Sal’s website food never comes no call, no show. They close at 10pm can’t even call to tell us they can’t make it. I call slice at around 10:30pm they tell me through multiple reps only Sal’s can refund the money back sorry call them at 12pm when they open. Ok. I call Sal’s you think they would be like so sorry blah blah blah will give you the money back or when you order again will give you a credit but no I get from them Call Slice. Just like that “call Slice”. I said no they told me to call you to get my money back again in a rude tone “Call Slice.” I said I can call the police to get my money back guy tells me “ok”. Wow really normal and customer service so great here. Take your money,never Send your food,never anything for the inconvenience, not even a sorry. Pretty much who cares approach.His voice mail is full so you can’t even leave a message you have to wait until someone picks up. A other person on here give the same review so they never learn from there mistakes they don’t care about any customer service so when they reply they do it’s a lie. Will never order again here. In a town with pizza places on every corner you think they would care but no. So if they ever go out of Business don’t feel sorry for them. I support local business just not this one.

I like this place! I’m a local and we get food here every now and than. A friend from Cali even said she loves this places pizza more than anywhere else! I think the foods good for what it is, definitely gonna taste decent everytime. I recommend trying Sals, especially sense their kind people who make some damn good brooklyn style pizza!

I got a small 14″ supreme pizza and it was so soggy it was like eating a weird disgusting soup. Disgusting. The garlic cheese bread, is actually pesto bread with a little bit of cold hard cheese. It was weird. Lastly, the salad had almost all brown lettuce. Not yum. I had it delivered and it was delivered quickly (I live two blocks away). I will never order from this place again. My mother and I both felt ill after eating the food. I can’t believe we actually tried to drink that pizza down. We had way more than half left over and threw it all away. I wouldn’t even give it to the dog. Nasty…it was a comical dinner in a sad way though.

We placed an order at 9:20pm Sal’s pizza took our order and money, est delivery time was at 10:27pm and no one show with our pizza. Now it’s 11:10pm and still no pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM PLACE!!!

I LOVE Sal’s!! I’ve been coming here and ordering delivery from here for YEARS now! The pizza is great plus every entree, sandwich, appetizer and all that I have ever gotten has never disappointed! Prices are great, delivery has always been quick (with food still warm & all).. I think only once in years of ordering here have they forgotten an item & were extremely quick at delivering it plus gave an extra, didn’t charge for either, and was given a coupon towards next order.. it’s quick, convenient & always satisfying! I’ve tried pretty much all of the other local places (plus I travel a lot & can’t even keep track of how many places I’ve stopped for a slice or dinner) and I still choose Sal’s.. their chicken francese is another fav of mine.. as well as their chicken cheesesteaks.. I’m making myself hungry now just thinking about it! I was just there this past week – for a plain slice, sausage slice, 4 garlic sticks w side of sauce (u can choose garlic sticks or knots – each are 4 for $2) and a fountain drink.. all for less than $6 – can’t go wrong there! SOOO delicious!

I have tried this place over 5 times and I have not enjoyed their pizzas. My experience was worse during the times the owner, (Fabio?) took my order. So every time I consider trying again I must re-consider. The cheese of the slices on display often looked questionable.

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from lately. But they look like they are based on 1 experience. I’ve been ordering for years and the food is great nearly every time. Nobody in town is perfect every single time but Sals is easily the most consistent of all of them for me. 99 out of 100 will be perfect

I ordered the $19 special for a large plain pie, sausage roll and a two liter bottle of soda as well as an order of fried ravioli and mozzarella sticks on Slice yesterday. The delivery was a half hour later than expected but that was ok because the food was hot. However, I wound up with two large pizzas and no sausage roll. That would have been ok except the pizza wasn’t very good – it was bland and without a good sauce/cheese balance. Also, the mozzarellas sticks had been fried too long as the cheese was outside the breading. All I could taste on the ravioli was the oil. I will try somewhere else.

Westgate Scan
Ordered an Italian sub. Asked if they could exchange boiled ham for capicola. No response. Would’ve paid the difference. Size was just ok but the bread was strange. Doughy inside. Gave them 2 stars because the fries were good and they did put the extra mayo on the side. Otherwise, skip the sandwiches.
