Great food! For our family and guest New Years Eve dinner from King’s Palace was absolutely a hit.We spent $201.00 for a wide variety of food w/o beverages for take out..Not one single issue… We tried this place a couple of weeks prior as a test since all year long we didn’t have good experiences at some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area including Hunan Taste TAKE OUT.(inside very good). As hectic & busy as they were, the owner of King’s Palace was very pleasant and helpful.

I placed an order at 6, and I waited two hours for a delivery. I called two times asking about updates. He then stopped answering my calls. I had to call on another phone to cancel the order. Terrible first impression. Awful customer service. Will never go again.

There isn’t anything I’ve tried here that isn’t gold. From egg rolls to boneless ribs to various chicken and beef entrees, it’s all the highest quality American Chinese food you can find in the area. Like shockingly good.

The food tasted frozen and it was over priced. They were polite and nice but the place looks like it was from 1970’s. When will chineese restaurants just put 500 of new paint and tables and print Anti UV pictures vs these faded 80 year old pictures. I really made a mistake coming here. I wish them the best but they have alot of work to do on their food. Maybe it was just today who knows. I overpaid for my foos and it was 2/10.
