My husband and I had dinner here before we attended a show at the Playhouse. There seemed to be a lot of people enjoying beverages after a convention. The food was fair. The menu itself was rather plan- maybe food isn’t their specialty? My husband ordered the walleye, but they were out so he ordered a pulled pork sandwich instead. We both laughed when it was plated in front of him. There wasn’t even enough meat to cover the bun and the tater tots, which seems to be the side to everything, were very basic. Nothing fancy. I had a Cleveland Cobb salad and it was a breaded piece of frozen chicken that was barely warm on boring salad. Service was ok, although we were told they would bringing us bread and we never received it. The Brussel sprouts were decent. Sadly, we won’t be back. The location is great for a drink before a show, but I wouldn’t recommend it for dinner.

My husband and I made reservations for dinner before attending a play. We arrived to have the hostess say, “Did you get my message? We are only offering a very limited menu tonight due to certain circumstances.” There was only three choices on the menu for $39.95 each. We hadn’t received any advanced warning of this change and we weren’t planning to spend that much for our meal so we were left to scramble to find another restaurant on short notice. We won’t be back.

We dined in before a show at playhouse square. The drinks were the wrong proportions of liquor to mixer and food came out cold. I had to go up to the bar to get our server because our table was being ignored. They indicated they were going to reheat our food and bring it back to us. We never received the food we sent back, or the dessert we ordered. The server made a big show of comping our drinks loudly so other tables heard. We were there for 2 hours and only got bread (eventually- had to ask for it twice) soup, and hummus. All of which was mediocre.

Had a great time at breakfast yesterday with my server Anita , and the dinner tonight was lovely. Big love to Audrey and Darnell in the kitchen for cooking it up, especially with the Banana Foster at the end.

Had breakfast here both mornings of our stay. Our waitress was absolutely perfect. She was very friendly and helpful with helping us find things in the city. Our second morning had the same young lady and she was just as delightful as the first morning. The manager was also very friendly and very involved with everything being up to the expectations.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent but Kato our waitress was the best ever. She made us feel welcomed and was so attentive. We loved her. We only wish all waitress were as wonderful as her. We dined there before The Tina Turner Musical on April 30th 2023 and we can’t wait to dine there again and have Kato take care of us

Eric is amazing! I went back because of his service and humor. The food was fantastic too, and the restaurant has a great view and an excellent location for Playhouse Square. If you can only go once, I recommend the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich. In spite of the Italian name, the fries have some NOLA kick!

We came for the unique cocktails. The bartender was super accommodating even though she was about to close. We order the chocolate hazelnut old-fashioned and the basil old-fashioned. I loved the basil variation and my partner enjoyed his sweeter version. Very nice atmosphere.

This is the restaurant attached to the crown plaza downtown Cleveland! It has great service and very tasty drinks. The staff is very friendly and quick to serve. The restaurant offers a great view of playhouse squares chandelier which is a must see if you are in Cleveland. If you are seeing any show at playhouse square, definitely stop in before or after the performance. Before seeing Hamilton, my group ordered Hamiltini’s which was an espresso martini with a design made of ground coffee on the foam. Stop by and you will not be disappointed!
