As an employee for 7 years now, I can say we provide the highest quality of ingredients that can be bought from our distributors and strive to provide the best service possible. We have been told on multiple occasions by the health department, fire marshals as well as other inspectors that we have one of the cleanest kitchens in Roanoke. With that being said, if there is EVER any problems or concerns, we expect to be told on the spot so we can jump on resolving an issue. Your server is there for you and it’s up to you to let us know if something is wrong. Leaving without saying a word and running straight to leave over exaggerated reviews or lies about your visit does not in any way help a local business or solve your own problems. Took my children out to get subs here after reading the reviews.. Don’t waste your money.. No meat on the steak and cheese, the bread was stale and the onion rings were overcooked. Probably the worst steak and cheese I have ever had.. I don’t normally leave bad reviews like this but I feel like somehow we upset our waitress because after we were served our food the cook was looking out the window at us and giggling with the waitress.. What a dump.. The New Yorker in Vinton has one of the best steak and cheese subs in Roanoke.. Avoid this dump at all costs..

went to this place a few years ago and it was good but this vist was very different. the strip center that once held Walmart is almost empty, even though Kohls has moved in as the Ancor. Sasauge as well as low quality cheese and other ingredients ruin the good crust! The place is spotlessly clean though and the service is friendly.
