Freaky fast delivery… How about no delivery. When I called about delivery the man just said no more delivery today! WHAT?!? The whole point and slogan of this company is FREAKY FAST DELIVERY! Also this was at 2 or 3pm its not like I called a hour before closing. Reading the rest of the reviews the delivery would take hours anyways glad theres lots more places to eat from around here 🙂

Had a delivery. We had a delivery set for 11:3@ for our office and it was delayed. I called and they said they had a lot of orders for that location so they were getting them all ready and bring them all over. We have set lunches and were told it’d be ready by 11:30 but it wasn’t delivered until 12:15. I called a few more times. The first time I was out on hold, the second time the phone was taken off the hook, and the last time I was hung up on. Terrible service!

Do not order delivery! I ordered delivery via the app. I am a patient person. At the 1 hr mark the app updated to “out for delivery”. At the 1.5 hr mark it updated to delivered. I had not received my order yet. I looked around my building and did not find the order. I called the store and was told “it should be there soon” very curtly. When I pressed further about why it was already marked as delivered, the person on the other end just repeated “it should be there soon”. TERRIBLE customer service. Not even an “I apologize for the wait.” “I can confirm that your order is out for delivery.” Or “I’m sorry it was marked as delivered. If it doesn’t arrive in x minutes, please call back.”? Looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one having the same issue. When will corporate or the franchisee open their eyes? We are almost at the 2 hour mark now with still no order.

Probably the fourth time now I’ve ordered a sandwich with peppers and when I get home to eat, there are no peppers. It really doesn’t seem that hard… the sandwich sucks without them.

Very quick but a bit slap-dash! The place was empty and I feel like they could have taken a little more time to make a better sandwich. The service was a bit odd with the guy behind the counter not knowing what was in the sandwich that was being promoted and didn’t really seem to care.

We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders were accurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! We ordered a box that had two types of “unwiches” for each location and the individual sandwiches had even been labeled. This was a wonderful experience and we look forward to ordering from them in the future!

Coach and Max were awesome during my last visit. We accidentally ordered from the wrong location, and Coach took it upon himself to call the other store, cancel the order, and make the whole thing at this store. The sandwiches were great, and both of these guys were super helpful and nice. Will definitely come back.
