Just off of I-70 at Mt. Airy. Take Rt. 27 north for less than one mile. Burger King is on the right. Turn right at the traffic light right before the restaurant then take a quick left into their parking lot. The exterior is clean and well lit at night. The interior is clean. The drive thru typically has no wait time and if there is a wait it is extremely short. The restaurant is handicap accessible. Easy to get back into I-70 too.

This BK is great. It’s either new or recently renovated. It’s extremely clean inside. The folks at the counter are fast and friendly. They have touchpad ordering inside or drive thru. The food is cooked right every time. We used to stop at the McDonald’s down the street. This is a better experience overall.

Food is ok but service is terrible. Went in today because our daughter wanted to play in the play area. The door to the play area is locked from the outside, so you can’t get back into the restaurant & the gate is zip tied shut, so you are locked in the play area once you go out there. Twice we knocked at the door & a customer opened it for us before I thought to ask the employees to unlock the door. The employee assured me they’d unlock the door, so I went back out. After about 15 mins we’re ready to leave & the door is still locked. The same customer had to open it for us again. I had also gone up to the counter to ask for some condiments & multiple employees saw me waiting at the counter but did not come up or say anything, until I said excuse me after a few minutes of waiting. They just don’t seem to care here. For drive thru, I never had an issue, but don’t think I’ll be dining in again.

I stopped in for an early lunch. My order was taken right away. I like to customize the Double Whopper, and it was prepared exactly as I like it. That doesn’t always happen, so a big plus for me. And it was ready in less than two minutes! The dining area was spotless. It was about 11:30am, so not crowded, and I took my time to enjoy my meal. Very pleasant!
