If you’re coming here with a group of people (6 drinks), stick to the drive thru or the workers will blatantly ignore you when you come inside. It wouldn’t have been so obvious had they not been having people go in front of us to order and completely disregarding our presence. I’ve yet to have a good experience at this Dunkin’s. Get all new staff, the woman who appears to be the manager is incredibly rude and many of the workers have outrageous attitudes. I’d understand had I been rude, but to yell at a child for saying they’re missing a drink is outrageous and that’s just one instance of the many horrible interactions I’ve had there.

We are here on vacation, went into this location and the woman whom I believe was the manager( short woman with blond hair) was by far The RUDEST Dunk worker I’ve had the displeasure of coming in contact with. Needless to say we left and went to a different location. She’s in need some customer service training. We left and went to a different more welcoming store

The older lady making the food not only was throwing food but telling people to just let them stand there. There was a decent line when we got there and people understand when its busy but being rude to people that are waiting isnt ok. Its always busy but they were Completely rude and let the line build up, food was not cooked, and she repeatedly kept saying I don’t care let them wait. Absolutely the worst dunkin and customer service we have ever been to.

I am not big on Dunkin Donuts anymore because I have had so much of the food and coffee over the decades. I went because I received a gift card for Christmas. I ordered the veggie egg white sandwich with cheese and coffee and I liked it. The restaurant was spacious with quite a few chairs. Place was clean. I know this establishment is usually busy, but, it was clean. Friendly service. Wifi available.
