My family and I were ignored at the counter for about 45 seconds despite 4 employees seeing us. I finally said, ” Can I please have the restroom key?” (My family was going to remain at the counter to order.)

A great place to stop for a burger and a ice cream treat. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Place was very clean and had very clean bathrooms. Will stop in again when I am in the neighborhood. 200 percent better than the horrible Sonic across the street.

My boys and myself live DQs’ sandwiches and ice cream and of course the food was good here but the place was super dirty (including restroom) and messy. I don’t know why they wouldn’t care about the store at all.

THIS is what I paid $11 for? Not EIGHT but SEVEN. Chicken bites? THAT ARE SO TINY?! & the french fries. BRUH. I can literally see the bottom of the box. I didn’t order off the kids meal? & my drink is not full either. There are more than enough workers in there to make sure my box was filled properly LOL. GET IT TOGETHER DAIRY QUEEN. No wonder so many are closing down SHAKE MY HEAD. so disappointed I spelled it out for you. The chicken is WAY overcooked & the ranch is not even half full…… & no i havent even dipped it yet. Nothing tasted like it should have. The drink was salty, the fries were gross & the chicken was plain.
