As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’ve tolerated the beyond poor customer service and filthy aesthetic long enough. No matter what day it is, whoever takes your order has an attitude. They never have all products( I was sold a small drink with my large order simply because, “we don’t have any other lids.”) And today when I place a order for pickup and I’m told I can pickup in 12 minutes, I get there 15 minutes later to be told they don’t have my order in a very rude manner. I’m done, close this building, it is not a restaurant. They are only there for a paycheck and not to actually serve anyone. Owner should be livid but apparently this is tolerated since it’s been going on so long now

I am incredibly disappointed in this place (I cannot bring myself to call it a restaurant). Let me preface by stating that I have never left a negative review online before! If there has been an issue, I have contacted the company & reached resolution without resorting to smear publicity. I did the same here. I was assured that I would be reimbursed for food that I didn’t receive, because they did not have the product in the store. This has happened twice!

Waited ten minutes to take our order with no one in front of us in line, then she proceeded to be rude, it was exact cash or card, no lids for cups and the cook was wearing flip flops and a wife beater. I threw it in the trash down the street.

Mozzarella sticks cooked to perfection……although I ordered two chili cheese dogs and I go there for that in particular and (my fault for not looking in the bag)no cheese ever lol but the staff is polite and my food is always fresh
