Got the 1/2 chicken plate. Really wanted to love this place, staff was friendly and chicken skin was really good but the chicken itself was dry, yellow rice was crunchy and the Mac-n-cheese was just ok.

This is a great place! Very clean, fantastic food that tastes homemade and is served in very generous portions – cafeteria style. Yep, it’s as expensive as a restaurant, but you’ll save the tip and get fed more and much better.

Portions have gotten very small. Owners daughter berated senior citizen customer for no apparent reason as he was trying to pay. Said he yelled at his clerk, but he barely spoke. Unacceptable behavior in front of other customers. Won’t go there again.

OMYGOODNESS EAT HERE!!! I rarely grab lunch from anywhere due to budget. Neon has always been one of my favs. Today was outstanding! Excellent meal: chicken leg and thigh, mashed (so yummy!), corn and Cranberry cornbread (owner recommended). Wow, wow, wow!

Decent quick eat serving chicken in a variety of options. Wings, thighs and breast with side vegi dishes. Self service style. Outside seating on a sunny days is best.
