9 employees working – 8 WOMEN and they were terrific. Store was clean and food was tasty with easy on-screen or in-person ordering. Very customizable. We had the original charburger #1 and a Santa Barbara Char (no cheese) with a tempura green bean side. The burger actually had a tinge of pink – hooray for not over-cooking! Terrific grilled onions. The fries were still not crispy altho we specified “easy” added crispness. Next time we’ll go for “extra” extra crispy. The beans are a winner and 250 calories instead of 440 for the fries. The iced tea was bit weak, but decent flavor. Free water cup. In general, a good introduction and we’ll be back to test the rest of the menu. $26.

This was my first time. I heard a lot of good feedback from friends and wanted to try it myself. They weren’t lying. The double charred burger was delicious, fries were nice and crispy and the acai mint lemonade drink was thirst quenching. They found a regular.

Got the onion ring burger with a side onion rings. I’ll just say, the onion rings were amazing. Service was great and food was overall really good. The cookies and cream milkshake was also amazing.

Drive thru is usually under 15 minutes prior to 4pm. Way to expensive for a fast food. I am a fan of their sweet potato fries…ask for honey mustard for dipping! Fantastically yummy .
