This place ticked all the marks for an awesome night. The food is top notch, with authentic flavors and unique themes. The wontons, rolls and drunken noodles were absolutely epic as were their flavorful and alcohol friendly cocktails. Service was spot on and never missed a beat. The spicy oyster mushroom curry soup was AMAZING!! Definitely had the wow factor. Everything else was okay. The drunken noodles were underwhelming. Many people recommended this dish, but I found the noodles mushy/over cooked and bland. Despite making a reservation I also felt like the wait staff was rushing me to clear the table. Glad I tried Jujube with the Offline Durham deal but probably won’t go back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jujube Restaurant and I must say, the food was exceptional. I highly recommend trying the steamed BBQ pork belly dumplings – they were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The beef short rib and goat cheese wontons were also a standout dish – the combination of tender meat and creamy cheese was divine. And let’s not forget about the drunken noodles – they were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch as well – our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making for a great dining experience overall. I highly recommend Jujube Restaurant and can’t wait to return

AMAZING!!! The food and overall experience were top tier! My girlfriends and I thoroughly enjoyed every single item we ordered, including the drinks. We WILL be back, hopefully sooner than later! Cathy was a great hostess and waitress; she was informative about the menu and didn’t steer us wrong with our choices. We had the calamari, BBQ pork belly dumplings, chicken and shitake dumplings, beef short rib wontons (without the goat cheese), crispy chicken, and fried rice…we ended up ordering seconds of the fried rice and BBQ pork belly dumplings. You will not be disappointed at this gem of a restaurant!
