I have never seen such GREAT customer service, a knowledgeable cashier with LOADS of patience, and GREAT food all under one roof! Thank you. If it weren’t for Kenneth Peters’ understanding and genuine patience, my daughter and I would have left. Most places start losing patience and make me feel rushed and embarrassed. Not Kenneth. He patiently waited for my $$ to transfer and kindly attended to customers while I was waiting for my payment to transfer over to me (which wasn’t fast either. It was about 30 minutes) Thank you, Kenneth, we will be back!

Went by Hungry Howie’s July 3rd about 10:45 p.m. to pick up my sausage pizza. When I got home there was no sauce and no cheese the pizza was cold it was tough we couldn’t eat it but who in the world makes pizza and doesn’t put cheese on it that was a wasted $8

I have always like Hungry Howies like since the early 90s, any rate, the food was great as always. My wife had mix-up on her order, but they was very helpful and friendly and got it all straightened out. I would recommend Hungry Howies on Old Shell by the University.

I purchased my order online and waited for an hour for them to arrive and no one showed so I called the store. Spoke with Shift Manager he stated, they only have one delivery driver. I said , okay I understand and I’ll wait a little longer. Second hour passes by, still no food. Called them back and they said my food is there in a warmer. At this point I want a refund. I was told I had to wait on the Store Manager for him to process the refund. Here I am on 1/25/2023 still waiting on my refund for a purchase on 1/9/23. Manager claims they can’t find my order….I’ve provided proof of purchase and transaction to the Owner. Still have yet to get this rectified. The Store Manager has offered to pay me out of his pocket , which he shouldn’t have to do. That purchase was placed on a business card and I’d like it refunded back to it! This was my first and last time ordering from this company. Don’t do online or app pay. Be sure to pay with cash and get a paper receipt since they seem to not be able to keep up with website transactions. If I could give them a zero, I would!

The manager and staff were really nice, they made my order quickly with no issues. The wings here are big (and imo better than wingstop.) They aren’t stingy with the pizza toppings either.
