We have ordered here for the last time which is unfortunate as we like the pizza. We always order hours ahead online and have received our food on time zero times. We end up waiting 30+ mins every time with the longest being an hour. There are too many pizza joints in the area to have this poor of service and keep our business.

Quite some time ago (I think not too much longer after Marcos opened) I stopped into Marcos to pick up an order. That night it was an absolute mess. People were backed up over an an hour waiting on their pizza. Customers were becoming rude with staff, very rude, and it just was not a good night for Marcos. Grown adults were complaining at the young staff just trying to figure out what to do. When I say they were struggling that night, they were struggling. Pizza was ok.

It only gets 1 star for the food alone. I know the staff is short but every time I order from this store something always happens. From not receiving my order even though I ordered 30 minutes ago, to the order being ready 5-10 minutes late. At this point it’s not just a coincidence

The service was very good. Nice young lady behind the register that was not pushy and very friendly. We felt like mixing it up for a change on pizza crust. Ended up doing an extra large with the original. In 15 – 17 minutes they had that pizza on table. not a ton of seating but I think it’s more like a quick pick up when you’re heading home. They do have a nice drive through window. They serve Pepsi products and have a nice assortment of wings, subs and sides. Perfect for a family on the go or just grabbing a quick lunch or dinner.

Edit: We called them 3 hours after ordering and 1 hour after they lied and said we would have our food within 30 minutes…they ran out of dough!! So they weren’t even going to bother calling all their customers who had been waiting! Absolutely POOR customer service here! We are officially done with this location for good, happy to spend our money elsewhere! Livid!!
