Although this place is not far from us, this is our 1st visit. Well, we were seated almost immediately, order was taken, and then poof…our waitress just disappeared. I had to take our glasses over to the bar for refills. It took her so long to get another ketchup bottle that I asked the table behind us for theirs. There was a large party near us and I’m not sure if my waitress was for them as well because I saw several staff tending to them. It was horrible. There are gnats flying around the place like crazy. I’ve been to other Paninis before and have had great service. Perhaps it was an off day…the service left a lot to be desired, tho.

It was such a nice day that we were able to sit in the outside area. This was nice because we were also still able to watch TV. The food was served fast and it tasted great. Our waitress was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back to this place for a game.

Used to love their thin crust pizza, but lately it has been terrible. Just a blob of greasy goo, the crust is not crispy and comes apart. You have to re-cut the pieces and then paper under the greasy mess sticks to the pizza. Sad

This is my first time at this location. Both the food and service were good. The reason I’m giving it the lower rating is because I feel as though this location is not doing enough in terms of its layout inside where it concerns covid. The staff did have masks on but as you will see when you look at my photographs the current floor layout is not consistent with covid-19 protocol in my opinion. I think they could do better in that regard.

Im from Alabama and this was my 1st time at location. I ordered Blackbean Burger and salad to go. The menu says burger has items like lettuce and cheese on the sandwich. I paid and patiently waited THEN the young lady at front began sweeping the rugs and rolling them up. She dirt was flying and she NEVER used the dust pan so the floor was a little slippery when I left. When I opened my food at hotel, there was a plain prepackaged patty on bread by itself!!!!!! I was so disappointed

I’m from Michigan I picked up an order between 1 hour and 2 hours. The GM mike answered the phone and went on to tell me I didn’t order my food a hour ago and after I figured out more time lapsed he went on to tell me why am I calling 2 hours after I picked up my food up. I paid 14$ for what you see. A piece of lettuce that can not have been fresh or made to order. Scattered around veggies everywhere. And a rude Manager that was clearly drunk over the phone. I’m from another state visiting family and paid 50 bucks to be disrespected to a superior over the phone. The manger was drunk the girls taking the orders were drunk be careful of this place and I wouldn’t recommend it all.

Maybe it was an off day. I normally love the wings and appetizers. I got the cheesy bacon fries and they were so overcooked. It was like one hard clump of fries. I was in a hurry. Would have sent them back but didn’t have the time so just left them. Ordinarily it’s not like that so I was kind of surprised. Still a great place to hang out and watch a game.
