The broth was on the creamier (richness indeed) side but balanced and had great flavors. The slightly grilled/(charred?) chashu was great! I enjoyed this style of chashu better…4.5*. Adding a dash of the comp spice tasted even better.

The food was great, I loved the crispy rice and tuna! We had the Tonkatsu ramen which was great, almost too rich. Our friend had the pork buns which he also really enjoyed.

I’m so happy that one of my favorite ramen places, @hironoriramen_bayarea opened a new location in Cupertino Square. I remember when the Santa Clara location opened and the wait was 2 hours. Now, there’s one nearby. The tonkatsu ramen broth is still as creamy and rich as I remembered. Love that they have combo meals with a rice bowl of your choice and salad. Such a good deal for the quality. We will definitely come back for more.

Came here past 8pm. Pretty empty. Place is clean and well lit. Food came out promptly. Had their thick noodle and has good texture, chashu was on point. Tonkotsu broth was a bit light on top but probably just had to mix it up a bit. I do recommend throwing all the garlic and spice in it. That did make the flavor and texture of the broth feel richer. The egg was on the bland side, couldn’t really taste much of it. Service was great. Staff was polite and sincere. A Ramen does add up to over 20 bucks with the 16% service charge they include in the bill in place of tips/ gratuity.

We ordered the 3 kinds of ramen, pork, chicken, vegan. They were all delightful. In the vegan, I especially liked the burnt broccolini and the sour grain in the center which reminded me of tuna. The noodles were on point, the little hot sauce and garlic sauce on the side were great final touches.
