Ordered 2 pizzas and bread twists for carry out and when I walked in I watched my pizza fall off the end of the conveyor belt onto the floor with no worker to be found. I then watched my bread twists fall onto the floor while the guy was standing right there. He said he could make me new bread twists in like 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I got these underbaked monsters.

Very pleased with their customer service. Ordered off the app and wasn’t happy with the pizza so I left a review and they called me within 30 minutes to apologize and to ask about why I was unhappy, they also offered to remake the order or ask what they could do to make it better. We ordered food at 11:28 pm last night. It sat in inspection till 1:15 am then finally arrived at 1:30 am this morning. When it arrived, the parm bites were cold and the specialty chicken was burnt. After eating, we got sick from the food. Terrible service and experience!

We ordered tonight from the app. The wait time when order was placed was 59 min. No problem they were busy. I checked the order tracker after an hour and the wait time was up to 80 min. I called the store waited on hold 15 min. Until someone picked up. They then informed me the order has not even been started yet. They had no idea how much longer to get it. I canceled the order.

Three employees working at the highway 71 location in Spirit Lake, Iowa on Friday night June 24th, provided excellent service, exceptional. Two males taking orders, boxing pizza and running the register, one female making pizzas, were friendly, helpful and hardworking when we placed our large pizza order on a very busy night. We were impressed. The pizza was good too!
