It’s always been hit or miss getting my order right with this BK in Galesburg. Despite that, today is the day I write a review after waiting 28 min for 2 orders of chx fries and 1 medium french fry. Order management has to be improved to keep customers. If you have an employee waiting on sandwiches so they can put them in bags for other orders then they have time to drop fries. Yes it’s been many many years since I worked fast food but from my observations today that “order management” skill is lacking at this establishment.
