Stood at the counter for a while. No one acknowledged my family of three. We were the only people in line. Chicken tenders look like chicken nuggets. That’s not the portion size I want to pay 13-15 dollars for. Toast in the platter is bland.

The staff could benefit from considerable improvement in tone and manner. I requested dine-in and got a to-go bag. I asked for a tray, and got one with not even the nicety of an apology. Then, arriving at the table, I noticed there was no ketchup. Again, no apology, just “how many do you want?” in a rather laconic, disinterested tone. There were only two diners, including myself, and not a huge line inside or outside the restaurant. I’m a patient person, and generally prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the general attitude I gleaned from a few employees here was one of indifference, at best.

I am from up north and this was a spectacular visit. The food was nice and hot and the French fries were on point. Especially after driving mid way through our trip home. The chicken sandwich rains supreme in my book now. The price was amazing for the delicisness.

I always get hot food from this location. Hardee’s now serves crinkled fries, which was a pleasant switch from the straight cut fries. Keep up the great work. It’s hard to find a fast food restaurant that pride themselves on serving fresh and hot food.

I can’t even lie, I was really impressed. All I got was a 2pc snack so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was completely blown away. For under $5, you get a drink, 2pc chicken and biscuit. Will be back, I knew Hardee’s had good burgers but oh my goodness this chicken was AMAZING.

This Hardee’s has pretty good customer service I went through the drive-thru several cars ahead of me but not much of a wait food was good and hot I enjoy their fried Chicken so this Hardee’s I think is better than some of the others they do have a good chili dog(update for (04-19-2022) I stopped to buy the new Ultimate sausage and egg cheese biscuit, was Okay, nothing to say it was great, I’ll save my money and buy the regular biscuit!!
