I am appalled! So I bought an $8 kids chicken quesadilla & there was no chicken. I took it to the manager (Shannon) and she could not credit me the $3 extra I had paid for the chicken (not sure if she didn’t know how or they just don’t like good customer service?) so she credited me the $8. I was very happy & thought what great customer service! Until she told me I had to give her the quesadilla back. WHAT THE???!!@@? She said it was their policy since she had credited it she had to throw it away. What kind of policy & service is that? Pretty bad policy! Shannon was very nice about it all but someone over there needs to start a new policy. Wasting food & unhappy customers? Just terrible! I also just noticed every time there is a bad review you guys post a good review. Stop doing that & just fix your problems.

Well second visit today around same time as first with same Hispanic girl only one working. Same experience twice. The food was very good both times. This girl is by far the most careless and rude person I’ve experienced in a restaurant before. We run the service bell for 10 minutes then asked someone in the gift shop if they could get her which they went back and asked her to come out once she still never came out after 10 mins. We asked same lady to get her again; she finally comes out and was very upset that we interrupted whatever she was doing in the back. Rushed us through ordering then no response to a question walks back into the back. Both experiences were enough for us to decide we will not return especially if we walk in and see her working.

Restaurant-Went in yesterday passing through from working in Visalia. it was almost 5 and I hadn’t had lunch. I ordered the berry chicken salad. It looked very appealing and for over 16bucks, I imagined it would be amazing! The chicken was cold as if it came out of a fridge. I could deal with that if it would’ve been amazing but it was not!! It was awkward and tasteless!! I think it was raw as it was just so weird to chew I was too embarrassed for them, to ask for a refund so 16bucks got tossed. I sure hope this was an off day for you all. Very cute little place, cool gift shop but the food should be so much better than this.

Wild Jacks is the restaurant attached to Bravo Farms. I’ve been traveling from the south part of the state to the north prior to covid for many years and this was always a favorite stopover especially with our kids. At one time the food was pretty outstanding. Not sure what’s happened since our last trip, which was in 2018, but obviously there have been some big changes in the kitchen since then. We ordered three burgers and a burrito. Nobody liked anything once we started eating, which is surprising for such simple, hard-to-screw up food. The burgers were dry, tasteless, charred in all the wrong places, and had a weird color & texture. This was not fresh ground beef, but had the appearance and taste and texture of being some kind of Franken- meat that had been frozen and thawed multiple times. The bun was a gigantic & tasteless uninteresting blob of white bread. It’s kind of hard to mess up burgers, and yet here I was with two kids who normally love Burgers who didn’t want to have anything to do with these things. Being the adult who eats beef in the party it became apparent that I was going to eat mine since it kills me to throw away food, especially at the current costs of eating out. Was not looking forward to eating the leftovers from the kids burgers for dinner, but again it was $65 for lunch for four and thinking of throwing that in the trash just kills me. The burrito was strange; white meat chicken that was dry and not fully heated, along with beans that were more of a Campbell’s Pork and Beans than any kind of Tex-Mex Style bean. The onion rings were great as were the fried cheese curds , but the main part of the meal was a total waste. I know you guys read these reviews, as you have responded to individuals who have left negative comments about the food, but you should really take these constructive criticisms as an opportunity to improve rather than sticking to your guns and insisting nothing is wrong. This food is not going to kill anybody, but I won’t be stopping here again to eat if I can help it.

Place is great, right of the highway next to gas stations and EV chargers the food is tasty and I often stop here to get ice cream which helps me to stay awake for the rest of my trip home

Great spot to eat and stretch your legs on a Highway 99 roadtrip. The burger was great! Zucchini chips were delicious! And to top it off a scoop of Nut and Honey ice cream! The best ice cream ever.
