The last two times I have been to this location (all within the last week) there is a young girl working the window and speaker on both visits she has been nothing but EXTREMELY rude!! I have sat at the speaker both times for 2 minutes waiting for a greeting once I’m finally able to get to the window she hands my food and drink very rudely with an attitude and doesn’t say anything either just straight attitude!!! On other occasions where I have had a mobile order I go through the drive thru even minutes past my ready time only to be told “it’s not ready drive around”. NEVER have I EVER dealt with such unprofessionalism even one of the managers is extremely rude. I get fast food is stressful I know from experience but this is NOT how you treat customers. Do better y’all!!!!!

The food was tasty and served quickly. The server was very friendly. The tables were dirty and the restaurant was out of soap in the restroom. Neither was corrected while we were there despite us notifying them. That means that the male employees weren’t washing their hands with soap after using the restroom, a discusting thought. More than half of the tables needed cleaning. There were 3-4 people working and they only had two other customers while we were there. No one was multi-tasking to take care of the facility. We won’t be back to this location.

Served raw chicken, when I asked for a refund all she cared about was getting my fries back from me to make sure I didn’t eat free fires. Then said my attitude was unnecessary. This is how your managers treat guests, she didn’t seem to understand how dangerous this is and I could have been killed. Totally disgusting and wrong. Filing a complaint with the health department

Turkey and Swiss today jalapeño bites you can’t beat. The roast beef is a goto. If you can handle it get the half pounder! Arby’s has always been one of my favorites. This location has a brand new ice and fountain machine. Very clean environment. Friendly staff.

I love Arby’s. It’s one of the few fast food restaurants that I will eat at on a regular basis and my experiences there are generally pretty good. I’ll admit that some locations don’t do it as well as others but this one did it just fine. You know what you’re getting there. It’s not like a great NY deli but in its category, it’s pretty much always solid. the workers here were fast, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meal and will eat here again. I think this is the closest location to our house and will be our go-to when we’ve had a long day, haven’t had time to eat and someone says, “I’m craving Arby’s!”

Overall, yes it is fast food, however, it is also very very good in all honesty. Whenever I have a long day ahead I will get this because it is very filling and will fill you up better than most other places and it costs pretty much the same. The curley fries are also top tier.
