I live a few blocks from this Pizza Hut. I ordered lunch from here on 7/2/23. When the pizza arrived, the delivery driver was very nice and thanked me for the tip. When I checked the pizza, it appeared to be okay at first but later discovered there was little to no sauce on the pizza. The cheese was also over broiled to the cheese bread. I called 3 times and was put on hold and hung up on each time. The last time I got through the lady I spoke to was extremely rude. She said she boxed the order and watched the camera and that my order was up to Pizza Hut standard. She gave me the option of reordering the same food and nothing else. She said if I re-ordered the food would be exactly the same. I told her if over cooked cheese bread was the standard it was going to be a no for me. Why would I want to re-order the same low quality food twice if that’s the best they can do? She continued to argue there was nothing wrong with my food and then hung up when I talked back. Absolutely zero people skills and should not be on the front lines. I get there’s a nation wide worker shortage, but if that’s the best Pizza Hut has to offer I won’t be ordering again. I’m more disappointed in the poor customer service than the food I threw out.

Here on vacation for my birthday. Two large pizzas were ordered…one with pepperoni and sausage, the other pepperoni and bacon. As you can see, the first pizza is burnt and the other is filled with what looks to be ham and raw bacon. Granted, everyone makes mistakes. Called multiple times from two phones to dispute the order and the employee deliberately hung up the phone. Horrible customer service and experience.

Ordered tonight, there was a RING cooked into the pizza! I called the store to let them know and it was just a regular Tuesday for them. No sorry, not a care at all. Said he could remake it for me- I mean really? There is metal in here and you want to make me a new one? This is a health hazard, on top of my sister could have chipped her tooth. Had to reach out to the main Pizza Hut customer service after the store said they wouldn’t even refund me or say sorry! He literally said-“ no one here is married so I don’t know how a ring would get in there.” I know Pizza Hut isn’t fine dining but this is crazy and they didn’t even care!

We placed a huge order. We had a hard time finding the store, not their fault, just so people can be watching for it. It’s a tiny place in a huge Plaza that isn’t marked well if you’re a tourist lol. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Prices were good. Pizza was great. Kids loved it. We don’t have a pizza hut here anymore.

I am so disappointed in the morals and customer service of this company (7754 N King Hwy in Myrtle beach SC). I placed an order on 7/22/23 and did not receive my food. I spoke with someone several times and they assured me the order was on the way. After calling for 2.5hrs, I was hung up on several times, then I was finally told they are about to close and I will not be getting my order. This is unacceptable and I feel scammed by this Pizza Hut. I placed a ticket number on the same day and still have not received a refund(it has been 10 days). I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!! Ever!!!

We have been calling from two different numbers. We ordered at 7:47pm, no pizza yet it’s 10;05 pm. When someone answers the phone, they put us on hold and never come back! This establishment is unprofessional. I will dispute credit card charges and call corporate. Never thought this organization would start scamming people!

We ordered 18 chicken wings and when the delivery guy came he handed us an empty box, we tried to call this store and they wouldn’t answer because they knew we were the order from Illinois. They proceeded to charge my card three times for 60.59 . We never received any food but they charged us for the order anyway. Each time we tried to contact them they picked up and hung up or let the phone ring and placed the call on hold without saying a word. Watch this store!!!!!

I am so aggravated with our local Pizza Hut. We have ordered for Many years, and Pizza hut has made Ordering a pain in the Rear End!! We have a Pizza Hut less than a Mile from us, and Every single time we order now, They send us to a CALL CENTER WITH SOMEONE That Can’t understand English!! Literally sounds like someone from INDIA, It’s not even 10 p.m. here and our calls go to this Center. So tonight did it for me, we told the man we wanted to speak directly to our local Pizza hut, and you know what he did, Non speaking English individual?
