I originally tried to order inside but the worker was paying more attention to the window, so i go to the drive-thru instead. I ordered a simple coffee and had to repeat my order 3 times. I requested almond milk and mocha in my coffee, to only be given just coffee in a cup with regular whole milk. When i checked my receipt there was no add on for mocha or almond milk. I didnt notice until i was already on the highway about an hour away. I have a milk allergy and now my entire day is ruined. Thanks for the horrible service

The service here is awful! I ordered at the drive thru. Get to the window and had to tell her my whole order again because she didn’t hear any of it. Nothing was ready and my drink was wrong even after telling her in person. I will never go back.

The old lady that works in the morning is horrible… she will make you wait to pay for 10 minutes AFTER she made your drink and you keep saying excuse me she will blatantly ignore you, then proceed to tell you you are poor and scum while yelling other profanities.. What worker tells their customers theyre poor because SHE made them wait for NO reason. And messed the drink up completely. She blatantly told me she does not care about inside customers they can wait however long she decides she only cares about drive thru. THIS IS A MANAGER. They need better managers or something. I did go to corperate about this twice now.

The lady that usually takes my order is really nice but she needs to work on her English better because I will have to repeat my order to her at least three times. I go there because of the convenience of the drive thru. One time I did order hot pumpkin spice coffee with cream and sugar. I said my order really slowly so she can comprehend it. When I went to the window a different girl gave me a straw. I looked at it confused and I was charge for a ice coffee. I told her politely that is not what I ordered. She then changed it to a hot coffee. But they didn’t give me my difference in change back but I didn’t feel like waiting for a dollar back in change. I figured they got a nice tip. Like I said nice people but she needs to work on her English better to take drive thru orders.

Get better staff. I watched what looked like the boss lady step out from behind the counter and then leave the store leaving a young girl standing there drinking her coffee watching TikTok. I was waiting for about close to 10 mins before someone came through the drive through and she then began to help them. It’s a shame because I work close to there but I won’t be returning. I would rather drive to another dunkin, since there around 3 other options to go to, than just be ignored and blown off by a staff member. No thank you.

Be prepared to repeat your order 3+ times. This isn’t the first time this has occurred so I figured I’d finally share since there is another Dunkin within eye sight you could instead patron at the corner of MacArthur Rd. & Schadt Ave.
