I think this Chipotle is doing very well, especially for just having recently opened. In my several visits, they’ve done a good job with the food and the service is good. My only nit is with the parking lot. There are insufficient spots, with too many designated for order-ahead customers and it’s difficult to navigate the small space. However, it’s tough to see how they can improve it given the small space available for the parking lot.

If I could give a minus rating, it would be lower than a 1. Ordered a “Chicken Burrito Bowl” delivered (Door Dash). Order showed up with only a few small pieces of chicken in the bowl. No rice, beans, or anything else. Checked to make sure it was ordered correctly, and it was. We had ordered the same way we have three other times without any problem. They screwed it up. Tried repeatedly to call but only got a recording saying to call the number on the email confirmation they sent. We never received an email from them. After trying numerous times, we had to drive over there and ask to see the manager. When the girl behind the counter saw us walk in with the bag she said, “Chicken Burrito Bowl”? (This tells me they knew they screwed the order up.) I asked to see the manager and (long story short) he refused to correct the order or refund us our money. He even told us that we would have to wait in line to “reorder”. (Despite seeing that I walk with the help of a cane). By this time my wife and I were so fed-up and frustrated we just dropped the bag on the counter and walked out. I posted all this on the “Nextdoor” website and was surprised to see that many others have had a similar experience at this particular location. Needless to say, we will NEVER give them our business again.

Pick up at drive thru was quick and the guy there was friendly. But for two burritos it was $27, at that price they forgot our guacamole, Meat was very scarce on the dishes, and overall flavorless. Queso tasted like powder. Won’t be returning until I see a few positive reviews on the quality of food. TV dinners for $27…no thanks!

Staff is rude and have seen them treat the customers like they are an inconvenience. Don’t go here after 9. They are supposed to be open until 10 but they shut down the drive thru and close up outdoor and indoor seating around 9. I also witnessed them locking the doors at 9:40. thought maybe this was a rare occurrence, but went there again with my daughter around 9:10 and wanted to dine in, but they already had all the chairs stacked in the outside and inside dining area. They should just change their hours. Food here is sometimes good sometimes bad. Chips are almost always stale tasting.

We were so excited when we heard a chipotle was opening near us, we finally tried it out today and was disgusted with what we saw. When we walked in, there were flies all over the food, but not only that, the lady making our meal(who was a nice lady) decided to lick excess guacamole off her glove while making one of our kids meals, then proceeded to make the rest of our meals.

All items were correct, the drive thru is my favorite feature of this location! Only lost a star because they seemingly didn’t heat my child’s quesadilla- cheese wasn’t melted. Still, everything else was to your usual Chipotle standards and satisfactory!

No chicken, poorly ran. It was a disaster for just opening. I had to get 2 refunds while sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food to actually come out. Hope they get it together cause I love Chipotle.

Was excited to get my 1st order here. Online ordering was super easy. Pick up service great. Handed me the correct bag with my name on it … order inside was for someone else and it’s something I cannot eat. Very disappointed.
