Passing through so I ordered what I order at home spicy breast that comes with Biscuit. I got a thigh and Biscuit was cold and hard as a rock. You know those biscuits melt in your mouth. Cashier was friendly but didn’t make up for terrible food,then I read all the bad reviews.

This place Never gets the order right. I went once it was good. The following two times, they got the order wrong. The girl at the window did not speak, did not say one word. She handed me the food and drinks. I gave her my card she handed it back to me. Then she looked at me like I was in the way. I asked her if I needed to sign she nodded her head as if to say no. I thought that was creepy and weird. I hope they get it together, or the customer service alone will shut down that place.

Went to the Artesia location and sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one answered, pulled up to the window and the server refused to take my order, said I would have to drive back around and order at the speaker. The server was very rude and didn’t care that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. There was no one else on line at the drive thru but my vehicle. This is unacceptable and his attitude is not acceptable. I know you can order from the window because I have done it before when the speaker didn’t work.

The chicken sandwich was PINK?! And the outside was VERY VERY greasy!! It was like trying to drink a vat of oil . Take your money to Wendy’s or even Burger King is wayyy better. The workers were very kind, they just need to know how to make chicken a little (lot) better.

Used the drive-through. The lady at the window was extremely patient and friendly. The food was tasty, but the portions seemed a bit smaller than I remember. Very satisfied with our experience at this new restaurant.

Terrible service. Had to order a few time before they had anything I wanted. Took for ever for the food to be ready. And very dirty tables and restrooms. A few customers asked for a refund because they never got the order right and didn’t have anything they wanted.

They have a lot of work to do. Never less than a 30 minute wait whenever I give this place a chance. Food quality is ok but I would suggest going somewhere else if you’re in a time crunch.

Well the first day went well in line but the cashier had problems with the entering my order in which case I understood but after that the problem begin. I ordered a 4 piece spicy dark, but it was mixed. The chicken was cold or mediocre at best. The mash potatoes had very little gravy and it was a large. The guy who waited on me with several people helping him didn’t recognized that I also ordered a Cajun rice in which case they didn’t have.

Cold ridiculously salty sandwich. I was not given my fries. Was told they were in box and they were not. When they finally gave my fries they were wrong size. When I mentioned they were wrong size gave me attitude and said i didn’t ask for large combo even though she gave me large drink.
